Pneuma Notes provides AI-powered transcription, Bible verse detection, and theological insights for personal study and note-taking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any service at any time without notice.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. Specifically regarding the recording feature:

• Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions before recording any individual, speaker, or event. Pneuma Notes is not liable for your failure to obtain such consent.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload or transcribe content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate transcriptions, identify verses, and provide theological context.These features are automated and may contain errors. You acknowledge that:

• Transcriptions may not be 100% accurate.
• AI-generated theological insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute authoritative doctrine.
• You should verify all Scripture references and content against a physical Bible or other reliable source.
